Select the report you have to work with, and click on the Edit button:

In the field “Background ”, fill in the information under the appropriate headings.

Fill in all the fields you have information for, selecting the items from the list in the case of Investigation site, Investigation campaign, Trenches described, Digital documentation (select only one 3D model, the first one created!):

To upload pictures, select the Media tab in the top ribbon, click on Upload in the Add media panel on the right, choose the file, rename it, and save it!
